- 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. – breakfast (for those staying)
- 7:00 - 8:00 - transfer to the start - Žiarska dolina
- 8:30 - check of avalanche devices
- 9:00 - start Žiarska dolina
- 11:00 - 14:00 - destination Žiarska chata
- 12:00 – 15:00 - lunch at the hotel Spojár and Třinec (for everyone)
- 15:00 – announcement of interim results
- 17:00 - 19:00 – dinner (for those staying)
- 20:00 - interpretation of the track for the following day (Spojár hotel)
Schedule 20th March 2026 (Friday) II. Stage:
- 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. – breakfast at the Spojár and Třinec hotels (for those staying)
- 6:00 - 7:00 - transfer to the start - Zverovka - Spálená
- 7:30 - 8:00 - inspection of avalanche equipment
- 8:00 a.m. – start ski resort Roháče-Spálená
- 11:00 - 14:00 - destination Zverovka Spálená - upper station
- 12:00 - 15:00 - lunch village of Zuberec (for everyone)
- 17:00 – announcement of interim results
- 18:00 - 19:30 - dinner (for those staying)
- 20:00 - interpretation of the track for the following day (Spojár hotel)

- 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. – breakfast (for those staying)

- 8:00 a.m. – start Bobrovecká dolina Hotel Mních
